Summer vacay is fast approaching but you’ve got time! Here’s your game plan: 

1. Drink about 2-4 L of water a day
2. Replace your refined carbs with veggies and whole grains (I like quinoa and brown rice)
3. Cut out the sugars and fried things (esp. soda)
4. One YOLO meal a week
